Our practice is led by Michael Winning, a long-term industry executive. Michael spent 20 years in the Property Casualty insurance industry in both Operations and Human Resources leadership positions. He also does independent consulting work in the areas of strategy and business plan development in the non-profit sector. Stephen Botello is a Managing Partner and is located in our Mansfield, MA office. Stephen has over 15 years of experience within the insurance and information technology staffing industry. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Stephen is active within his community and he supports local programs that help people and communities strive.
