Our practice was founded by Michael Winning, a P & C insurance industry executive. Michael spent 20 years in the Property Casualty insurance industry in both operations and human resource leadership positions. He also does independent consulting work in the areas of strategy and business plan development in the non-profit sector. He is a graduate of LaSalle University in Philadelphia, PA.
